Having personally experienced poverty, the founders are committed to transforming lives through education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood initiatives. Mitta Foundation undertakes various projects, including constructing and renovating classrooms, providing classroom furniture and computers, upgrading government hospital infrastructure, building old age homes, and offering vocational training programs for uneducated youth. Notably, they have rebuilt Gandhi Hospital's pediatric ward after a fire incident. The foundation also runs a free outpatient medical clinic in Kachiguda, Hyderabad, and a sewing center in Ranga Reddy District to train poor women and widows.
